1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp honey
1 tsp horseradish (prepared)
Mix all together and add more of any ingredient to your taste!

I like to cut up whole chicken and there's always a little bit of meat on the remaining bones (I would say carcass but that sounds gross) So what i do is but it on a pan with some garlic and onion and most of the chicken skin then when its golden brown i pour the pan drippings into a pot with water. Then start to boil everything from the pan and then drain it into a bowl.
Another way to do this (that makes alot of broth) is to cook a whole chicken in the oven and then collect all the liquid and boil it with water.

Mix altogether in a plastic gallon bag, and put in chicken or steak.
Put in fridge for 30 minutes, then flip over meat, and put in for another 30 minutes.
Serve as a dip for fried food, or top marinated chicken with it then bake on 350 until chicken is cooked; next put in on broil for 4 minutes.]
