These cookies are very soft and have a unique flavor so if you're into more traditional cookies, maybe skip this recipe. But if you love trying new flavors then go for it! I thought these were delicious, and so did most of my family. Also these cookies are Vegan, Egg-free, Low-fat, and Dairy-free.
Ingredients: 1 box of sugar cookie mix 3/4 cup of butternut squash (You can't taste it, it's just there to replace butter.) 1/4 cup of Almond nog (or soy nog, whichever you like) Pecans (just throw some in until it looks right) 1 tbsp flax seeds (ground up) 3 tbsp water Directions: Mix together the flaxseed, and water in your bowl. Let it sit for 3 minutes. You can use this time to mash/blend your squash with the eggnog (I did this in a 1 cup measuring cup and then put it in the bowl with the flaxseed and used my emersion blender on it). Now mix the flax seed with the squash mixture. Add the cookie dough mix to the wet ingredients. Fold in some pecans. Drop some dough 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 until lightly browned. Tips: You can use pumpkin or sweet potato instead of butternut squash but add extra flour to thicken. You can use a gluten free cookie mix if you want. If you're not vegan you can use regular eggnog and a regular egg instead of the flaxseed.

Recipe 1: Chicken and Bacon Kebabs Cut your chicken or pork into bit size cubes and wrap each one in half a bacon strip and put through a kebab with 4 cubes on each kebab, you can also put sweet peppers in between meat. Now put in a plastic bag with your favorite vinaigrette or Italian dressing and marinate overnight or atleast 1 hour. Then grill or bake until done and serve with ranch. Recipe 2: Buffalo Chicken Wings Take your favorite buffalo sauce and mix it with ranch dressing 1 cup of buffalo to 3/4 cup of ranch or half and half depending on how much you like ranch. This makes your wings more creamy. Then you can add your wings and marinate atleast 3 hours and then grill them up! Recipe 3: 3 ingredient Nutella cookies (double as needed) 2 cups of nuttella 2 cups of flour 2 large eggs Mix and put on greased cookie sheet and bake for 8-15 minutes at 350 degrees Recipe 4: Jell-o Cups. It's simple, get snack cups, make your favorite jell-o mix pour in cups, chill the allotted amount of time, then pipe whipped cream on in the pattern using the smallest piping tip you have. Recipe 5: 7 Layer Dip On the bottom put re-fried beans, then put sour cream, then guacamole, then salsa, then cheese, then chiles, then olive slices if desired.
