1/2 cup corn grits (uncooked)
1 cup water
some cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
small pinch of pepper
1 tsp butter
Mix together egg, grits, and water in a bowl.
Microwave 1 minute then stir.
Add in salt and pepper
Microwave again until cooked (1 or 2 minutes at least)
Add in butter and sprinkle some cheese on top.
Mix together all ingredients
cook in saucepan, stirring occasionally.
add salt and pepper
cook until desired consistency
add butter and sprinkle in some cheese
This is different from regular pizza crust but is not rubbery or gross.
