This is different from regular pizza crust but is not rubbery or gross.
2 1/2 cups Brown Rice flour
1 cup tapioca starch/flour
1 cup water (not hot just a little bit warm)
1 package of gluten free quick rising yeast
1 egg mixed
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Mix together warm water, sugar and yeast in a bowl and let sit until it looks bubbly (5 min+)
Meanwhile melt coconut oil in microwave for 5 seconds then stir it (it should be melted)
Add in coconut oil after yeast water is bubbly
Now add in egg, and salt
Mix flour and starch into bowl
It should be the consistency of corn bread. (if not add starch or water to thin or thicken)
Cover and let sit 5 minutes while oven is preheating.
Put some onto a pan and spread into pizza crust shape. (1/2 inch thick)
Bake 5 minutes then put butter on top and bake another 5 minutes before putting toppings or sauce on top.
