2 chicken tenders , cooked and chopped 4 strawberries, sliced and no leaves 4 grapes, cut in half 3 cups lettuce 1/4 cup mayonnaise 5 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp basil 1/2 tsp parsley 1/2 cup apple cubes Directions: In a medium bowl mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and parsley and basil then mix it with the lettuce and top with the fruit (recipe for two burritos)
You can also add sliced onions to the chicken when you cook it. |
