Note: the more chili or cayenne the spicier. Don't over do-it with the other spices either.
1 raw chicken breast
oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and cayenne or chili powder (all dried)
lettuce of choice
1 small flour tortilla
tomato slices if desired
shredded cheese if desired
creamy dressing of choice or sliced avocado
Put some olive oil in a pan and put it on medium heat
Sprinkle the spices and some salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken breast then cook in the pan until completely done
wait until cooler then cut it into whatever size pieces you want (I like to just slice it)
Put your lettuce, then chicken, then toppings into your wrap then roll up and enjoy!
If you are using this as a lunch for work or school, just have all the ingredients ready and put it all together the day of.
Serve with fruit, crackers, chips, or fresh veggie slices such as cucumber or carrots.
