I like to cut up whole chicken and there's always a little bit of meat on the remaining bones (I would say carcass but that sounds gross) So what i do is but it on a pan with some garlic and onion and most of the chicken skin then when its golden brown i pour the pan drippings into a pot with water. Then start to boil everything from the pan and then drain it into a bowl.
Another way to do this (that makes alot of broth) is to cook a whole chicken in the oven and then collect all the liquid and boil it with water. Recipe if you click "Read more" Ingredients:
