I like to cut up whole chicken and there's always a little bit of meat on the remaining bones (I would say carcass but that sounds gross) So what i do is but it on a pan with some garlic and onion and most of the chicken skin then when its golden brown i pour the pan drippings into a pot with water. Then start to boil everything from the pan and then drain it into a bowl. Another way to do this (that makes alot of broth) is to cook a whole chicken in the oven and then collect all the liquid and boil it with water. Recipe if you click "Read more" Ingredients
Raw chicken (read above) chicken skin onion powder garlic powder thyme sea salt Directions Put chicken on a pan (one you can't scratch) with some garlic and onion powder (or fresh garlic and onion) and whatever other seasonings you like with chicken Now make on 350 Fahrenheit until golden brown Take out of the oven and dump everything into a large pot (If you used a whole entire chicken then don't put that in (eat it) and you're left with just the liquid in your pot Now take the chicken off the pan and start Scraping the pan with a whisk to get what got stuck to the pan. (put a splash of clean water to loosen it up.) and pour that into the pan too. Put water until it tastes right Add seasonings like Thyme, rosemary, and poultry seasoning to your taste. Don't forget the salt! add to taste. Boil until hot so all the flavors mix Note: If you want it to be more Orange-ish add some paprika until you get the right color. (don't worry paprika has close to no taste, actually I can't notice it at all but I'm sure there's someone who can)
