Put the lemon juice and peppers in a quart size bag
Spray a spoon with olive oil spray then measure out your honey and put it in the bag or just pour the honey in the bag and "eye it"
Mix together by closing bag and shaking
Put the chicken in the bag and put in the fridge overnight or 5-8 hours
Grill or Bake the chicken (I baked at 350 until skin was browned)
Note: Honey is best raw or the darker the better which means it has less nutrients taken out of it. When I made this chicken I baked it and served with a salad. If you want it to be more lean remove the skin of the chicken (don't eat it!)
