1 banana, sliced lengthwise
1 yogurt cup (strawberry or vanilla Greek yogurt)
2 sliced strawberries
1/2 cup granola
Put banana on plate and put the yogurt on top then top with berries of your choice and the granola.
Kale can be substituted with frozen spinach that has been reheated before put in pot.
You can also add a small onion when you cook the sausage
(recipe for two burritos)
You can also add sliced onions to the chicken when you cook it.
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 large chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
12 (8 inch) flour tortillas
2 teaspoons oil
8 ounces shredded Colby cheese
2 (19 ounce) cans enchilada sauce (or Homemade)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a heavy saucepan or skillet, brown the ground beef and onions. Season the ground beef mixture with garlic salt and set aside.
3. In a skillet, fry the tortillas in oil. Spoon some meat mixture and cheese into the center of each tortilla, roll them up and arrange them in a 9x13 inch baking dish or oblong pan. Pour the enchilada sauce over the rolled enchiladas and top with any remaining meat or cheese.
4. Bake in the preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 30 minutes.

Put one can of Pinto beans into a medium pot with half a stick of butter, and 1 cup fresh cilantro
Stir/Mash the beans until cooked to desired texture.
Mix Sour cream with chopped chives
Mash up 3 avacadoes and mix with Guacamole seasoning mix and half a lemon of lemon juice.
Top with a layer of Salsa and some chopped jalapenos and olives if desired
