Mix together half flour half Parmesan (enough to coat chicken)
Bread chicken in flour-cheese mixture
Put on lightly greased pan
Bake almost halfway then flip chicken over (read notes)
Bake rest of the way
Serve hot Note: I didn't give specific baking time because it depends on how you cut your chicken. I did them into thighs, half breasts, drumsticks, and wings. and i baked 30 minutes before flipping then another hour.
