1 cup cheese
1/2 cup milk or as needed
pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
In a non-stick pan heat up some butter until it sizzles. Add in half the milk and all the cheese. After cheese is melted add in pepper and milk as needed.
Makes almost 2 cups of cheese sauce.
