1. Take a piece of letter paper and grab one corner. Fold the paper to look like a triangle with a long rectangle on a side of it.
2. Fold the triangle into a smaller triangle
3. Take the triangle and fold one side to the middle then fold the other side on top. You should open it to reveal 3 equal sections that are cone shaped
4. Trim the excess paper off to make it look like an even cone shape
5. Cut a tiny piece off the tip of the triangle
6. Draw a design remembering that the wide end is the outer edge and never cutting all the way across, make the wide edge have ridges and you can also make it curvy. cut holes all over the triangle that can look like shark teeth in the sides.
7. Carefully unfold your paper to reveal your snowflake
8. Use clear tape and put them on windows, or anywhere you want to be decorated
9. draw small snowflakes and cut them out if you want to make it look like mine above.
If it didn't work try again (I messed up 4 pieces of paper making my snowflakes) and if it doesn't work again try looking up how to do it on YouTube. This was how to make a six pointed snowflake.
(no 18 or 19 days til because it was the weekend)

Hot Chocolate this one is a classic but here are some cool toppings for it:
crushed candy cane
Chili is warm and hearty. It can be made using almost any kind of meat and can also be made without meat! here is a collection of recipes: http://allrecipes.com/Recipes/Soups-Stews-and-Chili/Chili/Main.aspx?evt19=1&src=hn_parent
Apple Cider some people just warm up apple juice to make it, but I recommend thicker apple juice like simply apple. It is also good with a pinch of cinnamon

Toddlers (2-4): Okay, I am being totally honest here... Toddlers will NOT want ANYTHING besides toys. If you get them clothes you are basically getting it for their mom. Make sure the toy you are buying them is completely safe and there are absolutely no small pieces the baby could put in their mouth and choke on.
Play Kitchen (NOT EASY BAKE OVEN)
Soft Candy (not chewy or hard)
Play Dough Sets (depends on how mature they are)
Mr. Potato Head (also depends on maturity)
Toddler Toys (usually make noises and have lots of buttons)
Little Kids (5-8): Little kids still want toys but this time you can get them something a little bit more mature because now they are smart enough to not swallow it. Kids this age will however drop and knock over stuff so don't get them anything breakable, some kids this age will TRY to "see if it will break". They will also like short books.
Easy Reading books
Dolls (some parents don't approve of barbie and monster high dolls for their young kids)
