If you're not feeling good and you have a cold or something you might want these good tips, essentials, and advice! And No I'm not sick but people I know are! Because it's fall and the cold is here you should study these. The Essentials List: Water You have to have alot of water when you're sick. It really helps, trust me. Tissues! of course! tissues are like the most important thing. You should sneeze and cough into your tissues instead of your hand because it reduces the risk of spreading germs! Wipes or Hand Sanitizer you've gotta have something to clean your hands every time after you sneeze/cough on your hand or touch your nose or mouth (don't know why you'd touch your mouth but I guess you could) Hot Lemon and Honey Green Tea Just mix together hot water, a green tea bag, sliced lemon, and a tsp or more of honey then voila you have a sore throat/stuffy nose cure! The lemon and the heat is for the built up mucus, the honey soothes your throat, and the green tea has anti-oxidants, and the lemon is also a great source of vitamin C which will boost your immune system! Soup Soup is a great thing to eat while sick because you're getting more water, light on your stomach (unless it's chunky, and if you have veggies in your soup that's great vitamins. Your soup should have garlic which also boosts your immune system Sleep Sleep is very important, make sure you get as much sleep as possible so your body has a chance to heal. I know when you wake up your nose is stuffy and all but just drink something hot when you wake up to clear your sinuses Greek Yogurt Greek yogurt as well as other yogurt as certain healthy bacterias that help your system I'm not sure what they're called but Greek yogurt has more of them than regular yogurt. Greek yogurt is so much healthier than regular yogurt Fruit with Vitamin C Oranges. Strawberries, Grapes, Pineapple, Avocados, Tomatoes, Bananas, Blueberries, Papaya fruit, Apricots, Grapefruit, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Mango, Kiwifruit, Lemons, and Clementine. You could also make a smoothie which would soothe your throat. Popsicles or Sherbert Are really good if you have a fever plus they should have vitamin C (get the ones made with real fruit) Tips

Colors that usually shouldn't go together
Compost is a good way of not wasting your produce scraps and is really good fertilizer for plants. If you eat alot of veggies and fruits I suggest doing this. How to make a compost pile You need: Grass clippings Newspaper and/or Dried Leaves Produce Scraps Water How-to: In a compost bin or a spot in your backyard mix together all the things above besides water then dampen everything with the water and if possible please cover with more leaves. every now and then you need to mix it up, you can use a shovel but some compost bins have a handle you can use to make it spin. You also will need to dampen each time you add more produce or leaves. Disclaimer: I'm not a professional AT ALL. This is just what I learned earlier today from offline. If I missed a spot write it in the comments below. And yes that is my compost pile in the picture above. So for my birthday we want to go camping but we don't know where we will. I'm hoping on fishing, boating, camp fire cooking, kites, hiking, and exploring. The only place I have been camping at is Sebastian Inlet and I had a really great time, I would really like to go camping there but we are still looking at other parks. So from my little experience here are some camping essentials! If I missed anything comment below
