Coleslaw:
1 cup vegan mayonnaise 1-2 tbsp mustard 3 tbsp vinegar (Apple cider vinegar works too) 1/4 cup sugar 1 large carrot or 2-4 small ones 1 small head of cabbage or 1/2 a big head of cabbage salt and pepper to taste Potato Salad: 1/4 cup of pickles or pickle relish 1 cup vegan mayonnaise 1/8-1/4 cup mustard (preference) salt and pepper splash of vinegar Baked Beans: 2 cans of white beans (or soak your own) 1 cup barbecue sauce (I have a recipe somewhere on this blog ill post it again if you want) Kebabs: 1 zucchini 1 squash 1/2 red onion 1 bell pepper 1/2 cup soy sauce or liquid aminos Best Ever Vegan pepper poppers 1 bag sweet peppers 1/2 container of tofutti plain cream cheese 2 strips of sweet earth bacon 2 tbsp buffalo sauce coating: 1 cup flour almond milk until correct texture Italian seasoning *My coating did not turn out very good, it didn't stick well. You may need to add some egg replacer or something, give me some tips in the comments.
