Hi everyone starting today I'm going to challenge myself to loose 5 or more pounds before April 4th I wrote down everything I'm going to do in my post "Get ready for spring break" you can do it along with me and tell me how it worked for you. I will be posting recipes and workouts I did and then in the end tell you if I succeeded and you have to tell me if you succeeded as well or how close you got.

Start of plan
I've been eating organic food since I was about 10 and now I'm just adding working out more and replacing all white carbs with whole wheat carbs/brown rice/sweet potatoes. I will be sharing all of this with you and I hope it works for you! My New Goal is to keep eating according to the plan for as long as possible. Archives
