Some of you probably want to get ready for spring break by shedding some pounds you gained over the holidays. So here are some tips!
1. Eat Healthy
try to exercise ATLEAST 1 1/2 hours a week or 90 minutes which is 15 minutes a day 6 days of the week or 30 minutes a day 3 days a week. You can double or triple that amount if you already are active. Find an exercise that is fun for you but still gets you sweating. Before you exercise remember to stretch.
Then after you stretch you can do 3 of the following exercises (the more * the harder):
