I thought I'd let you know that I lost 3 pounds and I don't think I'm going to loose 1 pound in 2 days, but I am going to continue trying to eat no white potatoes, flour, or rice. And I am thinking of trying to eat less meat, only fat-free dairy, and exercise more. I confess I did not exercise nearly as much as I should have. I've been so so so so so so busy but I'm going to try to find some time to do it either by waking up earlier or doing it while I'm doing something else or something like that.

Start of plan
I've been eating organic food since I was about 10 and now I'm just adding working out more and replacing all white carbs with whole wheat carbs/brown rice/sweet potatoes. I will be sharing all of this with you and I hope it works for you! My New Goal is to keep eating according to the plan for as long as possible. Archives
