Ingredients: 6 medium potatoes 3/4 up shredded cheddar cheese 1 pound ground beef 2 carrots 1 bag steamed corn Directions: In a pot boil the peeled carrots and potatoes After they are completely tender separate the carrots from the potatoes fry the ground beef until no longer pink cut the carrot into small pieces and mix it with the beef Make the potatoes into mashed potatoes Put the beef on the bottom of the baking dish and sprinkle the corn all over the top them top with the mashed potatoes and then the cheese Bake at 350 until heated through and cheese is melted
