2. Olive oil or avocado oil potato chips 3. Wai Lana Barbecue cassava chips 4. Organic Apples with almond butter 5. Organic popcorn made yourself 6. Organic crackers with hummus 7. Greek yogurt with fruit on top 8. Smoothies 9. corn dog muffins (use no nitrate hotdogs and all natural or organic ingredients) 10. Home made jello using organic fruit juice You have probably seen these before it's just half way full of cornbread batter in a mini muffin pan then 1 inch piece of hotdog in the middle (I used too much cornbread in the picture only fill it half way) Then bake (350 F) until the hotdog is hot and juicy and the cornbread is cooked through (check with toothpick if necessary) Note: the more chili or cayenne the spicier. Don't over do-it with the other spices either.
Ingredients: 1 raw chicken breast olive oil oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and cayenne or chili powder (all dried) lettuce of choice 1 small flour tortilla tomato slices if desired shredded cheese if desired creamy dressing of choice or sliced avocado How-to: Put some olive oil in a pan and put it on medium heat Sprinkle the spices and some salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken breast then cook in the pan until completely done wait until cooler then cut it into whatever size pieces you want (I like to just slice it) Put your lettuce, then chicken, then toppings into your wrap then roll up and enjoy! If you are using this as a lunch for work or school, just have all the ingredients ready and put it all together the day of. Serve with fruit, crackers, chips, or fresh veggie slices such as cucumber or carrots. Ingredients:
Recipe 1: Chicken and Bacon Kebabs Cut your chicken or pork into bit size cubes and wrap each one in half a bacon strip and put through a kebab with 4 cubes on each kebab, you can also put sweet peppers in between meat. Now put in a plastic bag with your favorite vinaigrette or Italian dressing and marinate overnight or atleast 1 hour. Then grill or bake until done and serve with ranch. Recipe 2: Buffalo Chicken Wings Take your favorite buffalo sauce and mix it with ranch dressing 1 cup of buffalo to 3/4 cup of ranch or half and half depending on how much you like ranch. This makes your wings more creamy. Then you can add your wings and marinate atleast 3 hours and then grill them up! Recipe 3: 3 ingredient Nutella cookies (double as needed) 2 cups of nuttella 2 cups of flour 2 large eggs Mix and put on greased cookie sheet and bake for 8-15 minutes at 350 degrees Recipe 4: Jell-o Cups. It's simple, get snack cups, make your favorite jell-o mix pour in cups, chill the allotted amount of time, then pipe whipped cream on in the pattern using the smallest piping tip you have. Recipe 5: 7 Layer Dip On the bottom put re-fried beans, then put sour cream, then guacamole, then salsa, then cheese, then chiles, then olive slices if desired. |
