First you make your turkey burger using whatever turkey burger recipe you want, I just put 2 lbs turkey, 3 eggs, spices, peppers, and a little bit of breadcrumbs because it was really really moist. Then after you bake it put it on a whole wheat or grain bun or use half a regular bun, cheese, lettuce, and a little bit of ketchup and mustard.

Start of plan
I've been eating organic food since I was about 10 and now I'm just adding working out more and replacing all white carbs with whole wheat carbs/brown rice/sweet potatoes. I will be sharing all of this with you and I hope it works for you! My New Goal is to keep eating according to the plan for as long as possible. Archives
