Here i have how to loose weight and not starve (but this is the kinda thing you should do one week a month not just once forever and this only works for people who can take a break from school or work every hour and a half, i'll write another post for busier people soon) :
Eat low fat healthy snacks every hour and don't let yourself get hungry (except at night) doing this keeps your digestive system going and boosts your metabolism. Starving yourself all day is not healthy at all and will not make you loose any weight that you won't gain back instantly.

Here are some snack ideas: (you can decrease portions if you are not a big eater)
(you can switch hours up or down)
7:00 1 medium banana with 1 cup fat-free yogurt and a tbsp or two of granola
8:30 a Kiwi
10:00 1 apple or 2 celery stalks
12:30 steamed or boiled veggies
3:30 1 cup Salt free hard pretzels
5:00 Hummus and Pita
6:30 steamed or boiled veggetables
8:00 1 apple or 2 celery stalks with 2 table spoons of peanut butter
I put the ones that you have to prepare towards the bottom because that's when you'd most likely be home, feel free to switch up all you want!
