Gluten is a thing that naturally occurs in wheat to make it sticky and that's why you can roll it into a ball when you make dough. Gluten is hard to digest so some people don't eat it. It's in wheat, rye, semolina, and some other things. Some people are actually allergic to gluten and some are sensitive to it. I get a headache when i eat 1 cup of semolina spaghetti noodles.

At our house we only eat certain oils, because other oils will clog your arteries, make you fat, etc. Don't use any Hydrogenated oils, Partially or not. Also I am not a professional so this is just based off what I know
So here's the good oils: Olive Oil Coconut Oil Palm Kernel Oil Palm Oil Grape seed Oil Here's the oils to be used when necessary: Butter Cottonseed Oil Only use SOMETIMES: Safflower Oil Peanut Oil Sunflower Oil Don't Use: Soybean Oil Canola Oil Vegetable Oil (It's mostly Soybean Oil) If i left any out feel free to comment or contact and ask! Eat low fat healthy snacks every hour and don't let yourself get hungry (except at night) doing this keeps your digestive system going and boosts your metabolism.
