Gluten is a thing that naturally occurs in wheat to make it sticky and that's why you can roll it into a ball when you make dough. Gluten is hard to digest so some people don't eat it. It's in wheat, rye, semolina, and some other things. Some people are actually allergic to gluten and some are sensitive to it. I get a headache when i eat 1 cup of semolina spaghetti noodles.
Some symptoms of gluten sensitivity are:
Breaking out (it's like a rash but it mostly occurs on your face or neck)
(I do not have all of those symptoms)

Soda in general is bad for you.
Why? (the below is not in order of how bad the problem is)
1. The Can is lined with BPA
2. It's loaded with corn syrups
3. The carbonation causes cavities.

At our house we only eat certain oils, because other oils will clog your arteries, make you fat, etc. Don't use any Hydrogenated oils, Partially or not. Also I am not a professional so this is just based off what I know
So here's the good oils:
Palm Kernel Oil
Grape seed Oil
Here's the oils to be used when necessary:
Only use SOMETIMES:
Vegetable Oil (It's mostly Soybean Oil)

Here i have how to loose weight and not starve (but this is the kinda thing you should do one week a month not just once forever and this only works for people who can take a break from school or work every hour and a half, i'll write another post for busier people soon) :
Eat low fat healthy snacks every hour and don't let yourself get hungry (except at night) doing this keeps your digestive system going and boosts your metabolism. Starving yourself all day is not healthy at all and will not make you loose any weight that you won't gain back instantly.
