Ingredients: 3 cups macaroni noodles (uncooked) 3 cups or more shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups milk 1 egg salt and pepper Directions: Cook macaroni following package directions in salted water Drain macaroni and set aside In a bowl put the egg and whisk until fluffy (1 minute) with a fork Add to the egg the milk and some salt and a little bit of pepper Put a one inch layer of noodles in a greased casserole dish Put a thin layer of cheese on the noodles continue the noodles and cheese layers until noodles are all in the dish on the top layer put the milk mixture evenly over the top then the last layer of cheese. Bake on 350 until cheese is lightly browned (you can cover with foil for no browning) or it's bubbly around the edges Chicken or Steak marinade Ingredients 1 cup liquid aminos (it's a kind of soy sauce that's non-GMO) or soy sauce 1 crushed garlic clove (optional) some rosemary or thyme 1/4 cup mustard 1/2 cup brown sugar Directions Mix altogether in a plastic gallon bag, and put in chicken or steak. Put in fridge for 30 minutes, then flip over meat, and put in for another 30 minutes. BBQ sauce! Ingredients 1/2+ cup of brown sugar 2 tbsp. molasses 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup of mustard ( I use brown mustard :D ) Directions Mix all ingredients together until it is completely mixed. Vary the amounts of each ingredient to your taste (I don't measure :3 ) [When first making this recipe split the amount of all ingredients just in case you mess up! :) Serve as a dip for fried food, or top marinated chicken with it then bake on 350 until chicken is cooked; next put in on broil for 4 minutMeatloaf Muffins Meatloaf Muffins Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef salt and pepper 2 finely chopped garlic cloves 2 tbsp oregano 3 leaves fresh basil 2 eggs 2 small yellow onions cooking spray Directions: 1. Mix together egg and ground beef 2. finely chop basil and slice the onion into rings 3. Mix basil, garlic and spices into the beef (you can add onion soup mix instead) 4. put rings on top each filled cup 5. Spray onions with the cooking spray so they won't wilt 6. Scoop mixture into greased muffin pan cups 7. Bake in preheated oven on 350 for 20 minutes 8. Serve hot (I'm making these instead of hamburgers because we don't have a grill and because I don't want to have to make hamburger buns from scratch) Baked Beans Ingredients:
