I was reading Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet and I really liked the way all the characters spoke. So I looked up what kind of english it was and it turns out it's not "Old English" as you would expect it's actually called "Early Modern English" and Old English is actually very confusing and hard to read. A while ago in Language Arts they were talking about all this stuff but I guess it's just better to get inspired first by Shakespeare's poetry and stories. On http://shakespeare.mit.edu/ you can read his writings and they are all divided into scenes which would be extremely convenient if you were doing a play.
